Examples of Connected Data in a sentence

  • All Full Works plans have unlimited allowances so do not require Stay Connected Data.

  • You acknowledge that we cannot delete any copies of Connected Data that have been made by Data Consumers and that we may continue to use data collected pursuant to clauses 6.1 and 6.2 for our own purposes; and we are not liable for any loss following, or as a result of, cancellation or termination of your access to the Platform.

  • If this Agreement is terminated: your access to the Platform will be deactivated and all of your rights granted under this Agreement will immediately come to an end; we will use reasonable endeavours to remove your data from the Platform but we will not be able to remove Connected Data to the extent it has been aggregated with other data or provided to a Data Consumer.

  • The subscription license is also limited to the license parameters (i.e. number of Data Sources, Connected Data Volume, named Customer entity, other license metrics) and any other mutually agreed limitations in the Order.

Related to Connected Data

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
