Conflict Provision. This Intellectual Property Security Agreement has been entered into in conjunction with the provisions of the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement and the Credit Agreement. The rights and remedies of each party hereto with respect to the security interest granted herein are without prejudice to, and are in addition to those set forth in the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement and the Credit Agreement, all terms and provisions of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event that any provisions of this Intellectual Property Security Agreement are in conflict with the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement or the Credit Agreement, the provisions of the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement or the Credit Agreement shall govern.
Conflict Provision. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this contract, the County’s uniform Rules for the Establishment and Administration of Agricultural Preserves and Xxxxxxxxxx Act Contracts, or State law as they exist now and in the future, those provisions which most restrict the right to divide the land subject to this contract or to use said land for non-agricultural purposes shall govern.

This First Supplemental Intellectual Property Security Agreement has been entered into in conjunction with the provisions of the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement and the Credit Agreement. The rights and remedies of each party hereto with respect to the security interest granted herein are without prejudice to, and are in addition to those set forth in the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement and the Credit Agreement, all terms and provisions of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event that any provisions of this First Supplemental Intellectual Property Security Agreement are in conflict with the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement or the Credit Agreement, the provisions of the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement or the Credit Agreement shall govern.
Conflict Provision. In the event of any irreconcilable conflict between the terms and conditions of this Security Agreement and the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement, the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall govern.

In the event that any provisions of this IP Security Agreement are in conflict with the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement or the Credit Agreement, the provisions of the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement or the Credit Agreement, as applicable, shall govern.

If any provisions of this Intellectual Property Security Agreement are in conflict with the Pledge and Security Agreement or the Credit Agreement, the provisions of the Pledge and Security Agreement or the Credit Agreement shall govern.

The rights and remedies of each party hereto with respect to the security interest granted herein are without prejudice to and are in addition to those set forth in the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement and the Bridge Facility Agreement, all terms and provisions of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event that any provisions of this [Applicable Numbered Supplement] Supplemental Intellectual Property Security Agreement are in conflict with the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement or the Bridge Facility Agreement, the provisions of the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement or the Bridge Facility Agreement shall govern.
