Common use of Conflict Provision Clause in Contracts

Conflict Provision. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this contract, the County’s uniform Rules for the Establishment and Administration of Agricultural Preserves and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act Contracts, or State law as they exist now and in the future, those provisions which most restrict the right to divide the land subject to this contract or to use said land for non-agricultural purposes shall govern.
