Conditional Assignment definition

Conditional Assignment means the conditional assignment of contracts agreement in respect to the Santa ▇▇▇▇ Project Agreements, to the extent they are governed by Colombian law, between Red Eagle Mining Colombia and the Administrative Agent in a form to be agreed;
Conditional Assignment means a Conditional Assignment described on Exhibit A hereto.
Conditional Assignment means a Chilean public deed constituting a conditional assignment of rights (cesion condicional de derechos) of (x) leaseholds held by any Obligor, which leaseholds represent pole rental agreements covering the services provided to the percentage of the total number of Cable Subscribers that is required by Section 9.23(a) hereof, and (y) any material part of the Obligors' network of cables and wires that is leased by any Obligor, in each case executed by the applicable Obligors and delivered to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-6 hereto.

  • Unless defined otherwise herein, words and expressions defined in or construed by the Conditional Assignment of Receivables shall have the same meanings and shall be construed in the same manner when used in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Conditional Assignment

Conditional Assignment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12 hereof.

Conditional Assignment means an assignment to be acted on only under a specified condition, e.g., default by the assignor.

Related to Conditional Assignment

  • General Assignment means, in relation to a Ship, a general assignment of (inter alia) the Earnings, the Insurances and any Requisition Compensation relative to that Ship in the Agreed Form and, in the plural, means all of them;

  • Collateral Assignment means, with respect to any Contracts, the original instrument of collateral assignment of such Contracts by the Company, as Seller, to the Collateral Agent, substantially in the form included in Exhibit A hereto.
