As soon as practicable following the date that the Registration Statement becomes effective, but in any event within two Business Days of such date, Concho shall provide the Purchasers with written notice of the effectiveness of the Registration Statement.
Concho will pay all reasonable Registration Expenses as determined in good faith, including, in the case of an Underwritten Offering, whether or not any sale is made pursuant to such Underwritten Offering.
