Nothing in this Agreement gives rise to any right, expectation, or other entitlement on the part of the Administrative Agent and its agents or representatives to inspect, examine, access, or visit any Computershare data center, or other secure Computershare facility, or to inspect, examine or otherwise access any Computershare system.
