Component Stock definition

Component Stock means any unique materials used by the Seller to produce the Equipment and/or Goods.
Component Stock means an Underlying Asset as defined in the Index Rules.

  • Stock splits and reverse stock splits If a Component Stock is subject to a stock split or reverse stock split, then once any split has become effective, its Multiplier shall be adjusted to equal the product of its prior Multiplier and the number of shares which a holder of record of that Component Stock before the effective date of that stock split or reverse stock split would have owned or been entitled to receive immediately following the applicable effective date.
