Compliance Forms means the Form of Tender and Statement of Conduct completed by the Contractor during the tender process and contained in the Contractor’s Proposal;

Examples of Compliance Forms in a sentence

  • EMPLOYER shall have a user name and password for the First Source Employer Portal for electronic submission of all monthly Contract Compliance Forms, weekly certified payrolls and any other documents required by DOES for reporting and monitoring.

  • Each Bid or Proposal shall include a complete Utilization Plan, as set forth on Form 1 of the M/WBE Compliance Forms.
