Compilable Software definition

Compilable Software means the portion of the Software that is executable on a Freescale Processor, such as an embedded operating system, standard or “MSL” libraries, runtime libraries, example code, Processor Expert Components, and stationery code, which is not your original work. Other components may also be distributed only if they are explicitly so marked in conjunction with that installed component.

  • Freescale also grants to you the right to prepare derivative works of and to distribute Compilable Software (as defined below) in object (machine-readable) form only and only as part of your own software programs that add substantial value to the Compilable Software.

  • You may only distribute the Compilable Software for execution on processors sold by Freescale, directly or through distribution (“Freescale Processor”).

Related to Compilable Software

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Open Source Software means any software generally distributed publicly in source code form under any license that is listed at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/licenses or that complies with the Open Source Definition available at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/osd. Open Source Material includes software that is licensed under the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Mozilla Public License, Apache License, or BSD License.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean ▇▇▇▇▇. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.
