  • Provided the contractor submits his claim supported by details to the COMPETANT AUTHORITY within fifteen days of the expiry of the period of 30 days.

  • In the event of the contractor having to carry out reconstruction as aforesaid, he shall be allowed such extension of time for its completion as is considered reasonable by the COMPETANT AUTHORITY.

  • Competent Authority and ‘Appellate Authority’ shall mean the following:

  • Cemetery authority means any person who owns or operates a cemetery specified in s. 157.065 (1).
