Compassionate Transfer definition

Compassionate Transfer means a transfer effected outside the normal Transfer Lists in response to personal circumstances which warrant relocation of an officer.
Compassionate Transfer means an employee has requested a compassionate transfer based on: (i) compassionate – exceptional hardship; or (ii) compassionate – pressing circumstances.
