Comparison Group(s) definition

Comparison Group(s) means a sample group or groups of organisations providing Comparable Services identified by the Benchmarker under Paragraph 3 (Benchmarking) of Consolidated Schedule 11 (Value for Money) which consist(s) of organisations which are either of similar size to the Contractor or which are similarly structured in terms of their business and their service offering so as to be (in the Benchmarker's professional opinion) fair comparators with the Contractor or which, in the professional opinion of the Benchmarker, are best practice organisations; “Component Services” means the services set out at Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 19,20, 21, 22 and 23 of Part B of Consolidated Schedule 3 (Service Requirements and Contractor Service Descriptions); “Computer Emergency Response Team” means the organisation within the Customer Authority’s unit known as the ISS Service Operations Joint Cyber Unit (and any successor unit) responsible for providing coordination and management of computer network defence incidents within the Network Infrastructure; “Conditional Milestone Achievement Certificate” has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 12.5 of Consolidated Schedule 19 (Testing Procedures); “Conditional Test Certificate” has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 12.3 of Consolidated Schedule 19 (Testing Procedures); “Confidential Information” means the Customer Authority’s Confidential Information and/or the Contractor’s Confidential Information; “Configuration Items” or “CIs" has the meaning given to it in the ISS ITIL Processes; “Configuration Management Database” or “CMDB” has the meaning given to it in Appendix 1 (Outline Implementation Plan) to Consolidated Schedule 2 (Implementation Plan); “Connected PSN Connectivity Contractors” means:(a) an Other PSN Connectivity Contractor which has entered into a PSN Connectivity Call-Off Contract with the Customer Authority; or(b) where relevant, a Wider PSN Contractor which has entered into a contract with the Customer Authority,and which are involved in providing the Overall Services or are affected by their provision; “Connection(s)” has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 5.1.1(i) of Consolidated Schedule 3 (Service Requirements and Contractor Service Descriptions); “Connection Percentage Connectivity” has the meaning given to it in Table 29 (Connectivity ServiceService Levels for Availability) of Consolidated Schedule 4 (Service Levels and Related Remedies); “Connectivity” has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 5.1.1(i...

  • Benchmark means, initially, the Term SOFR Reference Rate; provided that if a Benchmark Transition Event has occurred with respect to the Term SOFR Reference Rate or the then-current Benchmark, then “Benchmark” means the applicable Benchmark Replacement to the extent that such Benchmark Replacement has replaced such prior benchmark rate pursuant to Section 2.12(d)(iii)(A).

  • Plan means any employee pension benefit plan (other than a Multiemployer Plan) subject to the provisions of Title IV of ERISA or Section 412 of the Code or Section 302 of ERISA, and in respect of which the Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate is (or, if such plan were terminated, would under Section 4069 of ERISA be deemed to be) an “employer” as defined in Section 3(5) of ERISA.
