Comparable Partner Programs definition

Comparable Partner Programs means from time to time other major Credit Card programs of the Bank or any of its Affiliates that are comparable to the Program in terms of program size, public profile, brand image or cardholder profile, as relevant in the particular context. As of the date hereof, the “Comparable Partner Programs” include those listed on Schedule 1.1(d). For the avoidance of doubt, if the Bank becomes the Credit Card issuer for any Competing Retail Programs , such Competing Retail Program shall become a Comparable Partner Program.

Comparable Partner Programs means from time to time the major Credit Card programs of the Bank or any of its Affiliates that are comparable to the Program, including in terms of (****). As of the date hereof, the “Comparable Partner Programs” are those listed on Schedule 1.1(c). To the extent the Bank becomes the issuer or servicer with respect to any Relevant Retail Program, such program shall also be a “Comparable Partner Program” for so long as the Bank acts in any such capacity. The Company shall have the right from time to time to add to Schedule 1.1(c) additional Credit Card programs that meet the definition set forth in the first sentence hereof (whereupon such programs shall be “Comparable Partner Programs”), subject to the Bank’s consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Examples of Comparable Partner Programs in a sentence

  • The Bank represents that the SLAs set forth on Schedule 7.3 are, as of the date of this Agreement, competitive in the aggregate with the customer service level standards provided to the Comparable Partner Programs as of such date.

  • The Bank shall conform the Program Website to the performance capabilities, characteristics, functions and other standards generally applicable to leading private label Credit Card program websites in addition to those expressly required under this Agreement, and the Internet Services shall be consistent with the Comparable Partner Programs.

  • In addition, without limiting the foregoing, with respect to the Services to be performed by Primary Servicer, Primary Servicer agrees that it shall perform such functions with no less care and diligence than that degree of care and diligence employed by it in servicing the Comparable Partner Programs.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Application function on the Program Website shall have at a minimum all features and functionality available on websites for Comparable Partner Programs as of the Systems Transition Date.

  • In ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇n, without limiting the foregoing, with respect to the Services to be performed by Bank, Bank agrees that it shall perform such functions with no less care and diligence than that degree of care and diligence employed by it in servicing the Comparable Partner Programs.

  • In addition, without limiting the foregoing, with respect to the Services to be performed by Bank, Bank agrees that it shall perform such functions with no less care and diligence than that degree of care and diligence employed by it in servicing the Comparable Partner Programs.

  • Comparable Services means services that are identical or materially similar to the benchmarked Services (including in terms of scope, specification, volume and quality of performance) provided that if no identical or materially similar services exist in the market, the Supplier shall propose an approach for developing a comparable services benchmark;
