Company Liens definition

Company Liens has the meaning set forth in Section 6.08.
Company Liens means any lien on the Facility either (i) created or granted by the Company or (ii) resulting from lawful claims against the Company.

  • Customary Permitted Liens means, with respect to any Person, any of the following Liens:

  • Transaction Liens means the Liens granted by the Lien Grantors under the Security Documents.

  • Excluded Personal Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).
