Community−based organization definition

Community−based organization means an organization operating in a specific geographic area that is organized primarily to provide housing opportunities for persons or families of low or moderate income, and that is one of the following:
Community−based organization means an organization that is involved in economic development and helps businesses that are likely to employ persons.
Community−based organization means a private non- profit organization which is representative of a community or a significant segment of a community and which provides educa- tional and job training services.
