  • The Contractor shall comply with the direction unless the Contractor demonstrates to the reasonable satisfaction of the Commonwealth Representative that it is already complying with the WHS Legislation in relation to the matter to which the direction relates or the direction goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to achieve compliance with the WHS Legislation.
