Common Home Exterior Elements definition

Common Home Exterior Elements means the exterior of each attached Home at the Property. Common Home Exteriors Elements shall include the siding, trim, rain gutters, downspouts, private and shared storm drains and footing drain systems, roof; roof eaves, and flashing, including garage whether attached or detached to dwelling unit.   • Common elements means all portions of the condominium other than the units.

  • Qualified buildings means construction of new structures,

  • General common elements means the common elements other than the limited common elements.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Building Plans means the general building plans in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any amendments thereto from time to time approved by the Building Authority;
