In addition to the foregoing services, if Tenant so requests in writing with at least one business day's advance notice, Landlord will make available to Tenant head and air conditioning, as permitted by law, ("Additional HVAC") and normal services and utilities for the common areas of the Building ("Additional Common Area Services") at additional hours.
