Committed Forecast definition

Committed Forecast has the same meaning as a Capacity Commitment;
Committed Forecast means the Forecast Period within the Forecast where the Communications Provider has committed to the forecast levels which cannot be varied by the Communications Provider;
Committed Forecast means 80% of the forecasted numbers per month in the quarter following three (3) months and ten (10) Working Days after the submission of the Forecast to the Access Provider.

Examples of Committed Forecast in a sentence

  • Supplier shall otherwise be required to furnish Products in accordance with each Committed Forecast furnished in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • IR shall otherwise be required to furnish Products in accordance with each Committed Forecast furnished in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • For the purposes of the [***] calculation, the active Customer Service Representative minutes is equal to the Customer Service Representative call Average Handling Time (AHT) multiplied by the number of Committed Forecast calls.

  • Taking into account the prevailing market conditions and supply chain factors (including actions and measures taken by suppliers), Seller shall have the right to extend or revise the prescribed periods for computing the Forecast and/or Committed Forecast.

  • For example, if the Communications Provider has an existing commitment for either tier 2A, or 2B, as defined in Figure 1, but its Committed Forecast Order quantities do not meet the 15% threshold variance, and are no more than 15% below the minimum threshold of Committed Forecast Orders than the minimum of the lower applicable tier, the quantity of Committed Forecast Order will be treated as if they were within the lower applicable tier of 1A, or 1B, as defined in Figure 1.


More Definitions of Committed Forecast

Related to Committed Forecast

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Forecast means a statement of expected meteorological conditions for a specified time or period, and for a specified area or portion of airspace;

  • Forecast Period means the period of three calendar months for which a Forecast is provided;
