Commission Threshold definition

Commission Threshold has the meaning given to it in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Agreement;
Commission Threshold. The amount of Commission Fees as determined by Provider in its sole discretion an Affiliate must accrue prior to receiving a payment from Provider.
Commission Threshold. The amount of Commission Fees an Affiliate must accrue prior to receiving a payment from BHFL.
