Commercial Process definition

Commercial Process shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Commercial Process means a commercial scale manufacturing process for a Licensed Product that is compliant with all Applicable Laws.

  • During the Pilot Phase, the Parties will discuss how to work together to commercialize Bio-BDO in the Territory using the Commercial Process.

Related to Commercial Process

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);
