Collocation Services Addendum means the Collocation Services Addendum to the Amended & Restated Master Services Agreement among Popular, BPPR, and the Company to be entered into at or prior to Closing, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1.1(a)(P)(1).

Examples of Collocation Services Addendum in a sentence

  • In the event that IRU Grantee wishes to co-locate in Grantor facilities, or in facilities owned by any third party as a sub-tenant Lessee of Grantor, the parties shall enter into a separate collocation agreement for each site substantially in the form of a Collocation Services Addendum (a “Collocation Agreement”, which may be attached as Exhibit “BD”) subject to obtaining any required third party consents, including the consent of any landlords of Grantor.
