College Data definition

College Data means any data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which:

  • This DPA does not limit or reduce any data protection commitments relating to Processing of College Data previously negotiated by College in the Agreement (including any existing data processing addendum to the Agreement).
