Collection Premises definition
Collection Premises means the Residential Premises, Non-Residential Premises, or both for

It does not include Home Food Scraps. 380 “Commercial Premises” means of, from, or pertaining to Non‐Residential Premises where business 381 activity is conducted, including, but not limited to, retail sales, services, wholesale operations, 382 manufacturing and industrial operations, including hotels, motels, and other similar Premises, but 383 excluding businesses conducted upon Residential Premises, which are permitted under applicable 384 zoning regulations and are not the primary use of the property. 385 “Compactor” means a mechanical apparatus that compresses materials to reduce the volume of 386 material. 387 “Compost” or “Composting” means a method of treatment in which Organic Materials are biologically 388 decomposed and/or putrefied under controlled aerobic conditions to produce a safe and nuisance‐free 389 product.
Collection Premises means every improved property, including but not limited to, every Single Family Unit and Multi-Family Unit usable for human habitation whether or not inhabited, and all commercial and industrial premises usable for business purposes.
