Collateral Value Deficiency definition

Collateral Value Deficiency if the Collateral Coverage Ratio is less than 1.5 to 1.0.
Collateral Value Deficiency means the amount by which (a) the sum of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Tranche A Loans plus all Tranche B Loans plus all Letter of Credit Outstandings exceeds (b) the then current Collateral Value.
