Collaboration Documents means the Collaboration Agreement, the Bulk Supply Agreement and the Supply and Manufacturing Agreement.

  • Inyx may not sublicense any of the rights granted to it pursuant to this Agreement or the other Collaboration Documents, or utilize subcontractors in the performance thereof, except to wholly owned subsidiaries of Inyx.

  • Should either King or Inyx exercise their right to terminate this Agreement (but not in the event of an expiration of this Agreement as set forth in Section 7.9), then all other Collaboration Documents will concurrently terminate.

Collaboration Documents means agreements entered into on the date hereof (including the License Agreements, the related supply agreement and lender agreement) with respect to the development and commercialization by the Company and Investor of the Company’s hepatitis B portfolio products and the other agreements, schedules and exhibits referred to therein.
