Examples of Cofinity Network in a sentence

  • Members who elect to leave an Affiliated, Cofinity Network or non-Affiliated Facility or Hospital against medical advice or who are noncompliant with a medically necessary course of medical treatment and subsequently require services as a result of this noncompliance forfeit coverage of those related services.
