Manufacturing Process means any and all processes, methods, procedures and activities (or any step in any process or activity) used or planned to be used by Manufacturer to Manufacture Product, as evidenced in the Batch Documentation or master Batch Documentation.
Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.
Cyanoacrylate adhesive means any adhesive with a cyanoacrylate content of at least 95% by weight.
Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.
Biological agent shall mean any pathogenic (disease producing) micro-organism(s) and/or biologically produced toxin(s) (including genetically modified organisms and chemically synthesized toxins) which cause illness and/or death in humans, animals or plants.

Assay means a laboratory analysis of Crude Petroleum to include the following: A.P.I. Gravity, Reid vapor pressure, composition, pour point, water and sediment content, sulfur content, viscosity, distillation, hydrogen sulfide, flash/boiling point and other characteristics as may be required by Carrier.
Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which x-ray photons produce a set of fluoroscopic images or radiographic images recorded from the fluoroscopic image receptor. It includes the image receptors, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.
Pyrolysis means the thermal degradation of a substance in the absence of any oxidising agent, which does not form part of the substance itself, to produce char and gas and/or liquid; and
Staff Vetting Procedures means vetting procedures that accord with good industry practice or, where requested by the Customer, the Customer’s procedures for the vetting of personnel as provided to the Supplier from time to time;
Polystyrene foam adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond polystyrene foam to substrates.
Filter means material placed in the useful beam to preferentially absorb selected radiations.
Devices means any and all devices owned or purchased from time to time by Party A and utilized for the purposes of the provision of the Services.

Technology means all technology, designs, formulae, algorithms, procedures, methods, discoveries, processes, techniques, ideas, know-how, research and development, technical data, tools, materials, specifications, processes, inventions (whether patentable or unpatentable and whether or not reduced to practice), apparatus, creations, improvements, works of authorship in any media, confidential, proprietary or nonpublic information, and other similar materials, and all recordings, graphs, drawings, reports, analyses and other writings, and other tangible embodiments of the foregoing in any form whether or not listed herein, in each case, other than Software.
Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.
Manufacturing means the production, preparation, propagation, conversion or processing of a drug or device, either directly or indirectly, by extraction from substances of natural origin or independently by means of chemical or biological synthesis, and includes any packaging or repackaging of the substances or labeling or relabeling of its container, and the promotion and marketing of such drugs and devices. Manufacturing also includes the preparation and promotion of commercially available products from bulk compounds for resale by pharmacists, practitioners, or other persons.
Modules means the Base Modules and Extended Modules.
PCR means the Public Contracts Regulations 2015;
Technological safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for use of the technology to protect and control access to personal information.
Biomethane means biogas that meets pipeline quality natural gas standards.
Formulation means the combination of various ingredients designed to render the product useful and effective for the purpose claimed, or the form of pesticide as purchased by users;
Cell Line means a mammalian cell line that is developed using the Selexis Technology.

Analytical x-ray system means a group of components utilizing x-rays to determine the elemental composition or to examine the microstructure of materials.
Standard Operating Procedures means the Contractors' standard operating procedures in accordance with which the Security Personnel will provide the Security Services as set out in Annex F (Standard Operating Procedures).
