  • Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Co-Bookrunners or the Syndication Agent shall be subject to any fiduciary or other implied duties, or have any liability to any Person for acting as such.

  • None of the Syndication Agent or the Co-Lead Arrangers and Co-Bookrunners, shall have any specified duties under this Agreement.

  • Sole Bookrunner means Pareto Securities AB.
