Club Manager definition

Club Manager means the entity operating and managing the Club, at any time, together with its officers, owners, members, employees and agents. The Club Owner or any of its affiliates may be Club Manager. The Club Owner reserves the right to designate the Club Manager in Club Owner’s sole and absolute discretion.
