Closings definition

Closings means the one or more closings of the purchase and sale of the Securities pursuant to Section 2.2.
Closings means, collectively, the First Closing and the Second Closing.

Examples of Closings in a sentence

  • There will be a minimum of ten (10) trading days between Closings.

  • Unless the context provides otherwise, all references to the “Closing” shall refer to the Initial Closing and the Additional Closings.

Closings means the Initial Closing and each Subsequent Closing.
