Close of Business in the relevant market definition

Close of Business in the relevant market means that time of each business day after which the Fedwire no longer settles transactions.

Related to Close of Business in the relevant market

  • Relevant Market means the market for overnight cash borrowing collateralised by US Government securities.

  • Close of Business means 5:00 p.m. (New York City time).

  • Close of Trading means the Scheduled Closing Time of the Relevant Stock Exchange with respect to the Fund or any Successor Fund; and

  • Subsequent Market means the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange, Nasdaq SmallCap Market or Nasdaq National Market.

  • Relevant market area means as follows:

  • Close-Out Date means a day on which, pursuant to the provisions of Section 8.1, the Non-Defaulting Party closes out Currency Obligations and/or Options or such close-out occurs automatically. "Closing Gain", as to the Non-Defaulting Party, means the difference described as such in relation to a particular Value Date under the provisions of Section 8.1.

  • Event Market Price means, with respect to any Stock Combination Event Date, the quotient determined by dividing (x) the sum of the VWAP of the Common Stock for each of the five (5) Trading Days with the lowest VWAP of the Common Stock during the fifteen (15) consecutive Trading Day period ending and including the Trading Day immediately preceding the sixteenth (16th) Trading Day after such Stock Combination Event Date, divided by (y) five (5).

  • Current Market Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(d) hereof.

  • close links means a situation in which two or more natural or legal persons are linked by:

  • Real-Time Market has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Primary Market means on any of (a) the American Stock Exchange, (b) New York Stock Exchange, (c) the Nasdaq Global Select Market, (d) the Nasdaq Global Market, (e) the Nasdaq Capital Market, or (e) the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”)

  • Exchange Business Day means any Scheduled Trading Day on which the Exchange and each Related Exchange are open for trading during their respective regular trading sessions, notwithstanding any such Exchange or Related Exchange closing prior to its Scheduled Closing Time.

  • spot market means any commodity market in which commodities are sold for cash and promptly delivered when the transaction is settled, as well as other non financial markets, such as forward markets for commodities.

  • Clearing System Business Day means in relation to an Index, any day on which the principal domestic clearing systems customarily used for settling trades in securities comprising such Index is (or, but for the occurrence of an event beyond the control of the Company or the Hedging Counterparty as a result of which such clearing system cannot clear the transfer of such securities, would have been) open for the acceptance and execution of settlement instructions.

  • Funds-transfer business day of a receiving bank means the part of a day during which the receiving bank is open for the receipt, processing, and transmittal of payment orders and cancellations and amendments of payment orders.

  • FX Business Day is any day when (a) Bank’s Foreign Exchange Department is conducting its normal business and (b) the Foreign Currency being purchased or sold by Borrower is available to Bank from the entity from which Bank shall buy or sell such Foreign Currency.

  • Weekday means Monday – Friday.

  • Real-time Energy Market means the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges for quantity deviations from the Day-ahead Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Spot Market Energy means energy bought or sold by Market Participants through the PJM Interchange Energy Market at System Energy Prices determined as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 2.

  • Last Sale Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 13.3.

  • School business day means any calendar day except Saturdays, Sundays, and any federal and school holidays upon which the office of the Superintendent is open to the public for business. A school business day concludes or terminates upon the closure of the Superintendent’s office for the calendar day.

  • SOFR Business Day means any day except for (i) a Saturday, (ii) a Sunday or (iii) a day on which the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association recommends that the fixed income departments of its members be closed for the entire day for purposes of trading in United States government securities.

  • CSD Business Day means a day on which the Book-Entry Securities System is open in accordance with the regulations of the CSD.

  • RFR Business Day means as applicable, for any Obligations, interest, fees, commissions or other amounts denominated in, or calculated with respect to (i) Sterling, a day on which banks are open for general business in London and (ii) Euro, a TARGET Day.

  • Closing Bid Price and “Closing Sale Price” means, for any security as of any date, the last closing bid price and last closing trade price, respectively, for such security on the Principal Market, as reported by Bloomberg, or, if the Principal Market begins to operate on an extended hours basis and does not designate the closing bid price or the closing trade price, as the case may be, then the last bid price or the last trade price, respectively, of such security prior to 4:00:00 p.m., New York time, as reported by Bloomberg, or, if the Principal Market is not the principal securities exchange or trading market for such security, the last closing bid price or last trade price, respectively, of such security on the principal securities exchange or trading market where such security is listed or traded as reported by Bloomberg, or if the foregoing do not apply, the last closing bid price or last trade price, respectively, of such security in the over-the-counter market on the electronic bulletin board for such security as reported by Bloomberg, or, if no closing bid price or last trade price, respectively, is reported for such security by Bloomberg, the average of the bid prices, or the ask prices, respectively, of any market makers for such security as reported in the OTC Link or “pink sheets” by OTC Markets Group Inc. (formerly Pink OTC Markets Inc.). If the Closing Bid Price or the Closing Sale Price cannot be calculated for a security on a particular date on any of the foregoing bases, the Closing Bid Price or the Closing Sale Price, as the case may be, of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as mutually determined by the Company and the Holder. If the Company and the Holder are unable to agree upon the fair market value of such security, then such dispute shall be resolved pursuant to Section 11. All such determinations to be appropriately adjusted for any stock dividend, stock split, stock combination, reclassification or other similar transaction during the applicable calculation period.

  • TARGET2 Business Day means, a day in which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System or any successor is open.
