Clips Service definition

Clips Service means a service (or the relevant part of a service), other than an Excluded Service, whereby a User may receive a Clip to listen to a Musical Work before purchasing a product or service other than a full track download. A Clips Service is intended to cover Clips used on websites selling MCPS licensed physical audio products, Clips used on bands’/artists’ websites where the purpose of the Clips is to promote the band/artist on their own website and Clips used on websites promoting live music events.

Related to Clips Service

  • SaaS Service means the SaaS Software as deployed and hosted by Licensor on the AWS Service infrastructure, any software and other technology provided or made accessible by Licensor that Buyer is required or has the option to use in order to access, receive and use the SaaS Software as hosted by Licensor, including any software or technology that Buyer is required or has the option to install, operate and use on Buyer’s systems for its use of the SaaS Software, and all related services, functions or responsibilities of Licensor inherent in, and necessary for, the proper performance of such software-as-a-service.

  • Wireless service means any service, using licensed or unlicensed wireless spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile, provided to the public using a network node.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • EMV PSP Service means the Card payment gateway services, which may be powered by one or more third-party suppliers, you access and use to route Card based payments you accept from a Service User to submit for authorization and settlement to the Merchant Acquiring Bank.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;
