Clinton Mortgage definition

Clinton Mortgage means that certain first priority Mortgage dated as of the date hereof, executed and delivered by Clinton Borrower as security for the Loan and encumbering the Clinton Property, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
