Client’s Requirements definition

Client’s Requirements means the CLIENT’S requirements as specified in Schedule 2-2.
Client’s Requirements means the information and description supplied by the Client with respect to its requirements for the Project;
Client’s Requirements means the document to be prepared by the Designer and approved by the Client setting out the objective the Client wishes to achieve in the Project (including functional requirements, environmental standards, life span and levels of quality), on the basis of which the Services are to be rendered.

  • All information provided by Client concerning Client’s Requirements shall be complete and accurate.

  • In the event that the Client’s Requirements cannot be performed, or its obligations fulfilled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of either party including war, industrial action, floods or Acts of God then as such non-performance or failure to fulfil.

  • To the extent that any comments and/or requests for amendments are reasonable and within the scope of the Client’s Requirements, We shall incorporate them into a revised Additional Specification.

  • If there is any contradiction between the Client’s Requirements and the Contractor’s Proposals, the Client’s Requirements will take precedence.

  • The Contractor is obliged at its own expense to compile and simultaneously provide to the Client the complete Project Documentation according to the Client’s Requirements, the Contractor’s Proposals and this Contract, including the Project Documentation required to obtain all the Permits according to Binding Regulations.

  • We shall have no responsibility for the appropriateness or accuracy of the Client’s Requirements.

  • Appendix 1: The Client’s Requirements Appendix 2: The Supplier’s offer Appendix 3: Administrative provisions and order form Appendix 4: Prices and conditions of payment Appendix 5: Changes after entry into agreement This Agreement commits the Client to order, if necessary, the analysis of scientific samples from archaeological investigations from the Supplier in accordance with Appendices 1 and 2 of the Agreement, with ordering done as per this Agreement.


More Definitions of Client’s Requirements

Client’s Requirements means any specific rules or requirements for the Services supplied by Client to the Provider from time to time including the requirements set out in these Conditions;

Related to Client’s Requirements

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Services Requirements means the requirements of the Authority or any other Contracting Body (as appropriate) for the Services from time to time;

  • Privacy Requirements means all applicable Privacy Laws and all of the Company’s and the Company Subsidiaries’ policies, notices, and contractual obligations relating to the Processing of Personal Information.

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.

  • Listings Requirements means the listings requirements of the JSE from time to time;
