Client Vendor definition

Client Vendor means a travel agent, travel agency or any other vendor of Client authorized by the Client to charge Transactions to an Account.

  • As requested by the Client, Vendor shall promptly and fully cooperate in a lawful manner with the Client (or any third parties designated by the Client), at the expense of the Client, in the preparation and prosecution of all such applications and other documents and in any legal actions and proceedings concerning the Work Product.

  • Client shall pay all license, maintenance and other fees associated with the Client Vendor Software.

  • Within seven (7) days (or such longer payment period agreed upon by Vendor and Subcontractor in the applicable subcontract) following Vendor’s receipt of payment from the Client, Vendor shall pay all Subcontractor(s) performing Services under this Agreement for the share as agreed by Vendor and Subcontractor of the payment received for Services performed by the Subcontractor(s) hereunder.

  • Without limitation of the foregoing, Vendor acknowledges and agrees that if it performs certain services for PCICo, its Members or any Vendor Client, Vendor may be required to be certified as compliant with the PCI Standard as such may be modified by PCICo from time to time.

  • Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.

  • Customer Affiliate means an entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by or is or under common control or ownership with Customer, where control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise;

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.
