Client Space definition

Client Space means the server racks, cabinets and the space contained therein to be provided by NaviSite for the installation of the Client Equipment, as described on Schedule A. ----------
Client Space means the unshaded part of the Facility as shown on the plan attached hereto as Schedule 1 [**].
Client Space means the CONTINEW continuity platform accessible from https://continew.fr/continewexpress. This platform makes it possible to record the parameters necessary for the smooth running of the BENEFIT.

Examples of Client Space in a sentence

  • If it is necessary or desirable for Host’s efficient use of the Data Center to relocate the Client Equipment or Client Space to another area of the Data Center, the Parties shall cooperate in good faith to facilitate such relocation.

  • All items distributed at the Event outside of the Client Space, such as hotel room drops, seat distributions, and give-aways, must be pre-approved in writing by ALM and may be subject to additional fees (unless the Event Fee expressly includes such distributions).

  • The transaction herein meets the requirements of local laws, regulations, and industry norms of the jurisdiction of the Data Center and/or Client Space, and the content of this transaction with the Client is protected by any applicable laws.

  • Host shall install all properly functioning Client Equipment in the Client Space within seven (7) business days of testing such Client Equipment.

  • Host shall perform such maintenance actions as Host deems necessary or desirable with respect to the buildings and facilities owned or leased by Host in which the Client Space is located (“Data Center”) and maintain Host’s network (“Maintenance”).

  • Host shall install all properly functioning Client Equipment in the Client Space within thirty (30) business days of testing such Client Equipment.

  • In the event of any loss or damage occurring to the Facility, Improvements, Catalent Equipment, Client Equipment or Client Space, the Steering Group shall meet and determine whether to rebuild or repair the Facility, Client Space, Improvements, Catalent Equipment and Client Equipment, in which case Section 4.3(A) shall apply or whether to forego rebuilding or repair, in which case, Section 4.3(B) shall apply.

  • Except as provided in this Article 3, Catalent shall not use the Client Space or Client Equipment for any purpose other than Processing Products in accordance with this Agreement (or any other relevant supply agreement which may be entered into between the Parties) without Client’s prior written consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

Related to Client Space

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for the provision of the Goods and/or Services (or any of them);

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Customer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.
