Client Notices means any notices that must be given by You to Us prior to the required date of commencement of the Works on Site or any part thereof in accordance with the Tender.

  • All Client Notices and Allocation Notices shall be sent electronically (through Traiana Harmony, Reuters Direct Dealing, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ River TAP reports, e-mail, or any other agreed electronic means) and shall be deemed effective upon receipt.
