Clearwire Net Share definition

Clearwire Net Share means the difference between the Clearwire Gross Share and the sum of (i) the Purchase Price (without giving effect to any 3.5 Tax Adjustment or 38 Tax Adjustment or claims under the Indemnification Agreement) and (ii) the Clearwire Investment.
