Clean Air Act or “Act” means the federal Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401-7671q, and its implementing regulations.
Environment means ambient air, surface water and groundwater (including potable water, navigable water and wetlands), the land surface or subsurface strata, the workplace or as otherwise defined in any Environmental Law.
Clean air standards, as used in this clause, means:
Lawn and garden insecticide means an insecticide product labeled primarily to be used in household lawn and garden areas to protect plants from insects or other arthropods. Notwithstanding the requirements of section 6(c) aerosol “Lawn and Garden Insecticides” may claim to kill insects or other arthropods.
Pollution means pollution or contamination of the atmosphere or of any water land or other tangible property;
Health and Safety means, in relation to a recipient or a third person, the prevention of death or serious personal injury,
