Classes of Certificates or Components. With respect to each Lower Tier REMIC Interest, the Class or Classes of Certificates or Components appearing opposite such Lower Tier REMIC Interest as described in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

Examples of Classes of Certificates or Components in a sentence

  • Principal of and interest on the Lower Tier Interests shall be allocated to the Corresponding Classes of Certificates (or Components) in the manner set forth in the following table.

  • Net Prepayment Shortfalls and Excess Losses shall be allocated among the Classes of REMIC III Interests in the same manner that such items are allocated among the Corresponding Classes of Certificates or Components.

  • On each Distribution Date, the amounts distributable with respect to the REMIC II Interests shall be distributed with respect to the REMIC III Interests in the same manner that the Available Distribution Amount is distributed with respect to the Corresponding Class or Classes of Certificates or Components.

  • On each Distribution Date prior to distributions on the Certificates as provided in Sections 3.01, interest shall be paid to each REMIC II Regular Interest at the time and in the amount that interest is paid to the Corresponding Class or Classes of Certificates or Components.

  • Principal of and interest on the Lower-Tier Interests shall be allocated to the Corresponding Classes of Certificates (or Components) in the manner set forth in the following table.

  • Distributions of principal shall be deemed paid and Realized Losses, Fraud Losses, Special Hazard Losses, Bankruptcy Losses and Excess Losses shall be deemed allocated to the Middle-Tier REMIC Regular Interests in the same manner as they are allocated to the Corresponding Class or Classes of Certificates or Components pursuant to Section 4.02(a)-(e) and Section 4.03.

  • On each Distribution Date, Realized Losses shall be allocated among the REMIC III Interests in the same manner that Realized Losses are allocated among the Corresponding Classes of Certificates or Components.

  • On each Distribution Date prior to distributions on the Certificates as provided in Sections 4.02(a)-(e), interest shall be paid to each Middle-Tier REMIC Regular Interest at the time and in the amount that interest is paid to the Corresponding Class or Classes of Certificates or Components.

  • The following table irrevocably sets forth the designation, the pass-through rate (the "Pass-Through Rate"), and the initial aggregate stated principal amount (the initial "Class Principal Balance") for each of the Classes of Certificates or Components (as defined herein) thereof constituting "regular interests" in REMIC II.

  • Classes of Certificates Each of the Class A and Class B Certificates will consist of one or more classes with the prior consent of Wells Fargo Asset Securities Xxxxoration (the "Seller"), which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Aggregate Principal Amount $ ___________(Approximate) of the Offered Certificates: Certificates Not Offered Hereby: The Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates (the "Other Certificates").

  • Corresponding Classes of Certificates With respect to each REMIC Regular Interest, any Class of Certificates appearing opposite such REMIC Regular Interest in Section 1.03 hereof.

  • Certificate Percentage means (i) for each Payment Date until the Notes have been paid in full, 0%; and (ii) thereafter, 100%.

  • Certificate Percentage Interest means, with respect to a Certificate, the percentage specified on such Certificate as the Certificate Percentage Interest, which percentage represents the beneficial interest of such Certificate in the Trust. The initial Certificate Percentage Interest held by the Depositor shall be 100%.

  • Subordinate Certificate Writedown Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount by which (i) the sum of the Class Principal Amounts of all the Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of principal and the application of Realized Losses in reduction of the Certificate Principal Amounts of the Certificates on such Distribution Date) exceeds (ii) the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date.

  • Junior Subordinate Certificates The Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates.

  • Senior Subordinate Certificates The Class B1, Class B2 and Class B3 Certificates.

  • Subordinate Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Junior Class of Certificates The Class of Subordinate Certificates outstanding as of the date of the repurchase of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 4.07 herein that has the Lowest Priority.

  • Subordinate Certificate Any one of the Class M Certificates or Class B Certificates, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit B and Exhibit C, respectively.

  • Fixed Rate Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Offered Subordinate Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Group 1 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Group 1 Certificate Any Class A-1 or Class A-R Certificate.

  • Certificate Group Each of the Group 1 Certificates and the Group 2 Certificates.

  • Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class Certificate Principal Balance As to any Class of Certificates, other than any Class of Notional Certificates, and as of any date of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Principal Balances of all Certificates of such Class. The Class Certificate Principal Balance of each such Class of Certificates as of the Closing Date is specified in Section 5.01(b).

  • Class P Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class P".

  • Note B Percentage Interest means a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Note B Principal Balance and the denominator of which is the sum of the Note A Principal Balance and the Note B Principal Balance.

  • Original Class Certificate Principal Balance With respect to the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates, the Class C Certificates and the Class P Certificates, the corresponding amounts set forth opposite such Class above in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class X-D Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-12 hereto.

  • Single Certificate With respect to any Class of Certificates (other than the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates), a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a Percentage Interest for such Class corresponding to an initial Certificate Principal Balance or Notional Amount of $1,000. With respect to the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates, a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a 20% Percentage Interest in such Class.

  • Class B Percentage Interest means, with respect to a Class B Member as of a given date, that percentage obtained by dividing the total number of Class B Units owned by such Member by the total number of Class B Units issued and outstanding.

  • Class SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class SB Certificate. Class X Certificate: Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class X Certificate.

  • Class R-1 Certificate Any Certificate designated a “Class R-1 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto, evidencing the Residual Interest in REMIC I and representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class R-1 Certificates as set forth herein.

  • Class A Certificate Group The Group I Class A Certificates or the Group II Class A Certificates, as applicable.
