Class LTII1B Interest. An uncertificated regular interest in the Lower Tier REMIC with an initial principal balance equal to 0.05% of the aggregate Cut-off Date Principal Balance of the Group One Mortgage Loans, and with an interest rate equal to the rate set forth in footnote 9 to the description of the Lower Tier REMIC in the Preliminary Statement.
