Class II Disposal Well definition

Class II Disposal Well. -- means:
Class II Disposal Well means a well permitted under sections 1509.06 or 1509.22 of the Revised Code to inject brine and other waste substances as a means of disposal.
Class II Disposal Well means a permitted Class II well in which Class II Fluids are injected into zones non-productive of oil and gas, within the field boundary established by an order of the Commission, where the well is located, for the purpose of disposal of those fluids.

Examples of Class II Disposal Well in a sentence

  • Applications for a Class II Disposal Well shall contain the names of all permit holders who are to utilize the proposed disposal well.

  • A specification as to the type of Class II well being permitted as a Class II Disposal Well or a Class II Commercial Disposal Well.

  • The rule requires a permit to construct and operate a Class II Disposal Well and/or surface facility.

  • This rule applies to all pits constructed during the drilling, completion and testing of a brine, oil, gas, or oil and gas production well, brine injection or disposal well, Class II Disposal Well, and Class II Commercial Disposal Well.

  • Class I area means a mandatory visibility protection area designated pursuant to section 169A of the federal Clean Air Act.

  • Class C Interest Coverage Test means the test which will apply as of any Measurement Date occurring on and after the Determination Date immediately preceding the second Payment Date and which will be satisfied on such Measurement Date if the Class C Interest Coverage Ratio is at least equal to 110.0 per cent.

  • Class A/B Interest Coverage Test means the test which will apply as of any Measurement Date occurring on and after the Determination Date immediately preceding the second Payment Date and which will be satisfied on such Measurement Date if the Class A/B Interest Coverage Ratio is at least equal to 120.0 per cent.

  • Uncertificated REMIC 1 Pass-Through Rate With respect to each REMIC 1 Regular Interest and any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans, weighted on the basis of the Stated Principal Balances thereof as of the close of business on the last day of the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans in effect for the scheduled Monthly Payments due on such Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period.

With respect to REMIC II Regular Interest A-1 and (i) any Distribution Date which occurs on or prior to the Optional Termination Date, the lesser of (a) 6.50% per annum and (b) the weighted average of the Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rates for the REMIC I Regular Interests (other than REMIC I Regular Interest P), weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Principal Balances of each such REMIC I Regular Interest, for such Distribution Date, and (ii) any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (a) 7.00% per annum and (b) the weighted average of the Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rates for the REMIC I Regular Interests (other than REMIC I Regular Interest P), weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Principal Balances of each such REMIC I Regular Interest, for such Distribution Date. With respect to REMIC II Regular Interest C, a rate per annum equal to the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the amount determined for each REMIC I Regular Interest (other than REMIC I Regular Interest P) equal to the product of (x) the excess, if any, of the Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rate for such REMIC I Regular Interest over the Marker Rate and (y) a notional amount equal to the Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC I Regular Interest, and the denominator of which is the aggregate Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC I Regular Interests. With respect to REMIC II Regular Interest P, 0.00% per annum.

  • Class B Required Amount shall have the meaning set forth in subsection 4.04(b).

  • Class A-L Regular Interests The Class A-1A-L, Class A-1B-L and Class A-1C-L Regular Interests.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Residual disinfectant concentration means the concentration of disinfectant measured in mg/L in a representative sample of water.

  • Class C Required Amount means with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess of the amount described in Section 4.4(a)(v) over Available Finance Charge Collections applied to pay such amount pursuant to Section 4.4(a).
