Class I NAV definition

Class I NAV means, with respect to any day, the most current daily net asset value per Class I Share publicly disclosed by DPF on its website as of the end of such day.
Class I NAV means the portion of the NAV allocable to Class I Shares, calculated pursuant to the Valuation Guidelines.
Class I NAV means the net asset value per “Class I Share, as determined pursuant to the Company’s valuation policies and procedures, as they may be amended from time to time.

Examples of Class I NAV in a sentence

  • The first Class S share will be sold at the Class A NAV per share, the first Class M-I share will be sold at the Class I NAV per share, and the first Class T2 share will be sold at the Class T NAV per share.

  • The term “Class D Conversion Rate” shall mean the number of shares of Class I Common Stock equal to the product of each share of Class D Common Stock to be converted and a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class D NAV Per Share and the denominator of which is the Class I NAV Per Share.

  • Risks are more easily assessed and managed in the planning stages of an operation.

  • BCRED’s Class I NAV per share increased from $25.00 to $25.93 , Class S NAV per share increased from $25.00 to $25.93 and Class D NAV per share increased from $25.59 to $25.93.

  • BREIT’s Class I NAV per share increased from $12.10 to $12.41, BREIT’s Class T NAV per share increased from $11.92 to $12.23 and BREIT’s Class D NAV per share increased from $11.94 to $12.24.

  • Class B-1 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 4.83000% per annum. For any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (i) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-1 Margin, and (ii) the Net Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class H designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
