Class D Note definition

Class D Note shall have the meaning specified in the Indenture.

Class D Note means a DiscoverSeries Note specified in the applicable Terms Document as belonging to Class D.

Class D Note means any one of the Series 2022-1 6.79% Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class D, executed by ABRCF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit X-0, Xxxxxxx X-0 or Exhibit D-3. Definitive Class D Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.

Examples of Class D Note in a sentence

• No service charge will be charged for any registration of transfer or exchange of this Class D Note, but the transferor may be required to pay a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any such registration of transfer or exchange.

• Any reduction in the principal amount of this Class D Note (or any one or more Predecessor Notes) effected by any payments made on any Distribution Date shall be binding upon all future Holders of this Class D Note and of any Class D Note issued upon the registration of transfer hereof or in exchange hereof or in lieu hereof, whether or not noted hereon.

• As described above, the entire unpaid principal amount of this Class D Note shall be due and payable on the earlier of the Class D Final Distribution Date and the Redemption Date, if any, pursuant to Section 10.1 of the Indenture.

More Definitions of Class D Note

Class D Note means any one of the 6.63% Class D Notes executed by the Owner Trustee on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the applicable form attached as Exhibit A to the Indenture.

Class D Note means any one of the Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4.

Class D Note means a Class D Note issued pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-8 thereto.

Class D Note means a Class D Note issued pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-9 thereto.

Class D Note means a SynchronySeries Note specified in the applicable Terms Document as belonging to Class D, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4, or in such form specified in the applicable Terms Document.

Class D Note means a promissory note made by Borrower in favor of a Class D Lender evidencing Class D Loans made by that Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-5.
