Class C Noteholder definition
Class C Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class C Note is registered in the Note Register.
Class C Noteholder means a Holder of a Class C Note.

Class C Noteholder specified in Section 1.01 and except as otherwise specifically provided herein.
