Class C Principal Coverage Test definition

Class C Principal Coverage Test means, as of any date of determination after the Ramp-Up End Date, a test which is satisfied when the Class C Principal Coverage Ratio equals or exceeds [•]111.4%.
Class C Principal Coverage Test means, for so long as any Class A Notes, Class B Notes or Class C Notes remain Outstanding, a test satisfied on any date of determination if the Class C Principal Coverage Ratio as of such Date of determination is equal to or greater than 105.0%.
Class C Principal Coverage Test means on any Determination Date on which any Class C Notes remain Outstanding, a test that is satisfied if the Class C Principal Coverage Ratio on such Determination Date equals or exceeds 100.0%.

  • Class A Principal Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, determined as follows: (A) with respect to the Group I Class A Certificates, a fraction, the numerator of which is (x) the portion of the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date that is attributable to the principal received or advanced on the Group I Mortgage Loans and the denominator of which is (y) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date and (B) with respect to the Group II Class A Certificates, a fraction, the numerator of which is (x) the portion of the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date that is attributable to the principal received or advanced on the Group II Mortgage Loans and the denominator of which is (y) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Class C Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class C Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".

  • Class D Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class D Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".
