Class B Share of Telecom Argentina means each of the 482,111,931 book entry Class “B” shares of common stock, with one vote each and a par value of one Argentine Peso, issued as of the date hereof by Telecom Argentina that are listed in XxXX and of which 15,221,373 are treasury stock.
