Class B-1 Interest Shortfall definition

Class B-1 Interest Shortfall means, as to any Remittance Date, the difference, if any, between (A) the sum of (i) the amount distributed to Holders of the Class B-1 Certificates on such Remittance Date pursuant to Sections 8.03(a)(4)(i) and (ii), and (ii) any amount distributed to the Holders of the Class B-1 Certificates pursuant to Section 8.03(b) on such Remittance Date, and (B) the amounts specified in clauses (a) and (b) of the definition of the term "Class B-1 Formula Distribution Amount" for such Remittance Date.
Class B-1 Interest Shortfall means, for any Payment Date, the amount, if any, by which (a) the Class B-1 Formula Interest Distribution Amount exceeds (b) the amount distributed to Class B-1 Certificateholders on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 8.04(b)(5).
Class B-1 Interest Shortfall. As to any Remittance Date, any amount by which the amount distributed in respect of interest on the Class B-1 Certificates on such Remittance Date is less than the amount computed pursuant to clause (a) of the definition of "Class B-1 Interest Formula Distribution Amount."
