Class A1 Notes definition

Class A1 Notes means the U.S.$1,500,000,000 Class A1 Notes due 2038 issued by the Issuer which, on 15 May 2019 were (simultaneously with the termination of the currency swap A1 agreement dated 14 July 2006) converted into a GBP Equivalent at a fixed exchange rate of USD to GBP of 1.84, producing GBP Equivalent Initial Principal Amount of £815,217,391.30 and an A1 Note Mandatory Transfer Price and GBP Equivalent Principal Amount Outstanding of £317,409,456.52 in accordance with the A1 Note Conditional Purchase Agreement and which, on 15 May 2019, were redenominated as GBP Class A1 Notes;
Class A1 Notes means the €219,000,000 Class A1 Floating Rate Notes due 2022;
Class A1 Notes means the Class A1 mortgage backed floating rate notes due 2068;

More Definitions of Class A1 Notes

Class A1 Notes means the $434,000,000 Floating Rate Class A­1 Student Loan­Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A­1 thereto.
Class A1 Notes means the notes in registered form, in or substantially in the form set out in the First Schedule in denominations of $1,000 comprising the Class A1 Notes of the Issuer constituted by this Trust Deed, to be represented by a Note Certificate or Note Certificates, and for the time being outstanding or, as the context may require, a specific number of such notes and the Class A1 Global Note Certificate for as long as it has not been exchanged in accordance with its terms;
Class A1 Notes has the meaning given to it in the Trust Deed; "Class A2 Notes" has the meaning given to it in the Trust Deed; "Class B Noteholders" has the meaning given to it in the Trust Deed; "Class B Notes" has the meaning given to it in the Trust Deed;
Class A1 Notes means the €18,000,000 Class A1 Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes due October 2050 issued by the Issuer on the Issue Date.
Class A1 Notes has the meaning set out in Section 2.1(a).
Class A1 Notes means the U.S.$150,000,000 Class A1 Floating Rate Secured Notes due 2022 issued pursuant to the resolutions of the board of directors of the Note Issuer passed on 18 October 2017 and 3 November 2017 and the Note Trust Deed and “Class A1 Noteholders” shall mean the holders of the Class A1 Notes. (b) Security: The obligations of the Note Issuer to the Class A2 Noteholders and the Class A1 Noteholders under the Class A2 Notes and the Class A1 Notes are secured pursuant to the provisions of the Note Trust Deed. Under the Note Trust Deed, the Note Issuer has:
Class A1 Notes means, the £383,489,000 Class A1 mortgage backed floating rate notes due 2045, constituted by the Trust Deed or the amount thereof from time to time outstanding or, as the context may require, a specific number thereof and includes the Class A1 Global Note of each class (or any part thereof) and the Definitive Class A1 Notes of each class (or any of them);
